Intermediate Wheel Throwing: 4 week Pottery Class for Adults & Teens ages 16+*

Join me in my studio on Monday afternoons for a fun, relaxed and welcoming place to improve your skills at the wheel!
For those with some experience in wheel throwing, I offer a 4-week intermediate course. I'll guide you through creating with intention, larger, taller, and/or wider forms, multiples, lids and handles, plus allow for plenty of practice time - the key to honing your skill. We'll devote the last of our 4 classes to decorative glazing.
Students sign up for a 4 week term of 2.5 hour classes at $260.00 / term + materials + tools if needed + $45.00 materials fee which includes one 25 lb. bag of clay, slips, glazes and firings + $22.00 for basic tools kit. (I have many specialized tools in the studio you are welcome to use but you’ll also need your own basic set)
Open studio time (available weekdays 9 am - 5 pm) is available free of charge during the timeframe you are registered in class. No instruction will be provided during this time, but it's highly encouraged that you take advantage of open studio to practice your skills.
Class, Materials & Tools** fees are due in full at registration.
Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to start of class. 50% 14 - 29 days prior to start of class, no refunds after 14 days prior to start of class, I custom order all supplies (clay, glazes, underglaze, tools...) at that time.
*Special consideration may be given to responsible, mature, motivated individuals ages 10 - 15 taking class with a parent or guardian - contact me to discuss :)
**Tools fee only applies if you need new tools, feel free to bring your own if you've got them.
